Who we are

Flowrest provides a consumer app for discovering and booking in-person recovery sessions, and Flowrest Studio for venue partners. For privacy questions, contact privacy@flowrest.co.uk.

Data we collect

• Account details such as email address, display name, city, profile image, and password authentication metadata.
• Booking data such as selected sessions, guest count, booking status, notes added at checkout, and cancellation records.
• Preferences such as ritual types, preferred times, and atmosphere tags.
• Optional location permission data used to show nearby venues.
• Venue partner data such as venue profile details, contact details, images, sessions, slots, and booking management activity.
• Technical data such as device, browser, request, and error information needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

How we use data

• To create and secure accounts.
• To show venues, sessions, saved items, bookings, and partner dashboards.
• To fulfil bookings between guests and venues.
• To send essential account and booking messages, including password reset and email confirmation messages.
• To maintain security, prevent abuse, debug errors, and improve reliability.

Service providers

Flowrest uses Supabase for database, authentication, storage, and Edge Functions; Cloudflare for hosting, DNS, routing, and security; Expo/EAS for mobile builds and app infrastructure; and a transactional email provider for account emails once production SMTP is configured.

Payments are not live in V1. When payments ship, this policy and the App Store privacy declarations must be updated before release.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your consumer account in the app. Deletion cancels upcoming bookings, removes profile details and avatar storage, clears saved items, and deletes the authentication user. Some operational records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or venue accounting.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data. Contact privacy@flowrest.co.uk and include the email address linked to your Flowrest account.
