What to include

• The email address on your Flowrest account.
• The venue and session name, if the request is about a booking.
• A short description of the issue and any screenshots that make it easier to diagnose.

Account deletion

Consumer accounts can be deleted from inside the mobile app. Open Profile, choose Delete account, then follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address linked to your account.

Venue partners

Venue partners can manage sessions, slots, bookings, gallery images, and account details in Flowrest Studio at app.flowrest.co.uk.
